Ecstatic Heaven

Ecstatic Heaven — a transformative movement and wellness gathering held at Jungle Club in Ubud, combining ecstatic dance, guided breathwork, and conscious movement in a lush tropical setting. This regular event offers a safe, judgment-free space for participants to connect with their bodies, release stress, and experience the joy of free-form dance.

Ecstatic dance is a non-verbal, non-choreographed practice where participants move freely to a carefully curated soundtrack that evolves through different energies throughout the session. The Jungle Club’s open-air venue, surrounded by the rainforest canopy of Ubud, provides an ideal environment for this practice — the sounds of nature blending with the music to create an immersive sensory experience. The session typically includes a guided opening circle, a sustained ecstatic dance journey, and a closing meditation or sound bath.

What to bring: Comfortable movement clothing, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one (some are available at the venue). No dance experience necessary — this is about free expression, not performance. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.
