Bali Zoo & Elephant Safari: Morning at the Zoo with Breakfast
A family-friendly morning with Bali’s most fascinating animals. The Bali Zoo is home to over 500 animals from 85 species, many of them native to Indonesia. The 5:30 AM start might sound early, but it rewards you with a truly memorable experience: feeding elephants as the sun rises, before the crowds arrive.
Your visit includes the Breakfast with Orangutans experience — a buffet breakfast set on a wooden deck overlooking the orangutan enclosure, where you can watch these gentle primates wake up, groom each other, and interact with their environment. After breakfast, explore the rest of the zoo at your own pace: ride a small train through the free-range animal area, hold a snake (if you dare), hand-feed deer, and watch the bird show. The zoo is compact enough to cover in 3–4 hours, making it an easy half-day trip from any south Bali location.
Includes: Zoo entry, breakfast with orangutans, elephant feeding session, hotel pickup/drop-off (South Bali).
