Sten Lodge eco Homestay is a natural homestay in Manggarai, 30 min from Labuan Bajo Komodo airport, on the beautiful island of Flores, Indonesia. A place for meditation, traditional Indonesian dancing and cooking - things to bring you back in touch with your true state of peace and joy.
Liz, native from Flores, Indonesia, has a bachelor degree in International Tourism/Hospitality Management and has studied midwifery at University in Indonesia. She is an experienced school teacher and teaches traditional Indonesian dancing. Her passion is to combine what she learnt in school and University with what mother nature offers. Lars, born in Sweden, has for 30 years been practising yoga asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation and is a registered Ayurvedic Life Style Consultant. He aim to give people tools to manage their busy lives.

During season you can also experience Palm sugar and local alcohol production.
